The CRM Executive role will look at how we drive customers lifecycle communication forward with a particular focus on triggered communications across our CRM channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CRM Manager with planning, execution & regular review of lifecycle comms ensuring data and messaging aligns to our audiences and brand values compliantly
- To support the planning, development, implementation and optimisation of hyper-targeted programmes, including onboarding journeys, B2B, offer fulfilments and other triggered communications
- Report on weekly and monthly performance of campaigns against the team targets and communicate the results to the wider CRM team, internal and external stakeholders
- Support with stakeholder
- and supplier partner management across functions to help deliver the most effective output for the campaigns
- Aid team in developing and maintaining a content plan that is aligned to customer needs, utilising existing content and working with the Creative studio and content teams to generate new content as required
- Help maintain a communication schedule, together with a library of samples and an overview of each campaign
- Supporting delivery of longer-term projects outside of weekly BAU deployment, aimed at increasing CRM retention rates
- Stay current with trends and emerging opportunities

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- 1 years’ experience in CRM/Marketing/Product role in a fast-paced and high growth environment, ideally in retail
- Marketing or business qualification desirable
- Meticulous diligence
- Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external representatives at a senior level
- Initiative-taking with a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Ability to work on multiple workstreams in parallel
- Team player
- Proficient with Excel and other MS packages
- Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers desirable
