**Sales and Marketing Administrator Summary**:
**Sales & Marketing Administrator**:

- First point of call for all incoming trade customer calls, to attempt to deal with customer orders and general requirements before escalating to management should it be required.
- Creating sales orders and dispatch notes, organising and booking in Deliveries, liaising with the warehouse regarding dispatch and stock keeping.
- Collaborate with the Sales field team to assist them administrationally and to increase sales.
- Work on short term projects to offer customised support for promotions, new products and discontinued items.
- Meet and assist customers in Showroom in Chelmsford and attend Trade Shows.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and develop methods to improve.
- Monitor, analyse and report on product and customer issues
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to problematic customers.
- Edit our website, adding new products, removing old products and general updates.
- Social media marketing.
- Create presentations for customers using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop or other software.

**Examples of Administrator skills**:

- A comprehensive knowledge and skill with all Microsoft office programs, especially Outlook, Excel and Word. (Advanced excel would be a benefit)
- A knowledge and understanding of Sage accounts would be very useful.
- To learn and understand technical aspects of our products, sales customer base and purchasing processes.
- Common sense approach with a firm, fair and calm nature, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work in a small office, assisting in variety of ad hoc duties.
- A warm and friendly attitude within the office and toward our clients, coupled with being a good judge of when seriousness is required along with a good sense of humour.
- Create presentations for customers using PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and having Knowledge of other graphic design software and tools will be a plus in order to develop visually appealing graphics and designs to support marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional material.
