EMEA Payroll Coordinator
- The EMEA Payroll Coordinator role is at the heart of our ongoing global payroll operations, acting as the interface between our global customerss and in-country partners to ensure that their payrolls are consistently delivered accurately and on time while providing a best in class customer experience.
- You'll be the focal point for your own portfolio of customers, understanding their global footprint and working with our in-country payroll partners to ensure that the customer receives the right outcome, every time. - Acting as the focal point for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, delivering consistently fantastic customer service
- Working closely with our network of in-country payroll partners to ensure customer payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
- Hosting and chairing regular governance calls with customers to track progress, review performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Preparing monthly governance reports by country
- Ensuring that payroll manuals are relevant and updated regularly to reflect current processes
- Preparing payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring that checking sheets are completed for every payroll processed
- Answering queries from customers, partners and colleagues, troubleshooting and resolving where possible, or escalating more complex issues through our internal channels

- This is a really client centric role, so you'll have fantastic customer service skills and a knack for numbers, as well as the ability to manage a really varied workload.-
- A passion and aptitude for numbers, ideally gained from a role in a finance or payroll environment
- A genuine and fervent commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, ready to go above and beyond to make sure the customer needs are at the heart of every action
- An unusually high attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or notice when things “just don’t look right” - and motivated to follow these through to resolution
- Really good with databases, systems and software packages, especially Microsoft Excel
- Being action-oriented, willing to step up and be counted under pressure and seizes opportunities to make things work better for both customers and colleagues
