**Office Supervisor duties include**:

- Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing your team.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of your representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging marketing and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

**Office Supervisor - requirements**
- Must have a UK driving licence
- You have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- You have previously managed or supervised a small team
- Have superior negotiating skills
- Have excellent time, planning and project management skills

**Hours of Work**:Full-time Monday to Friday. Office based role 9:00-5:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
