**SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Chartered Surveyors**

**Location: Chipping Norton, OX7**

**Salary: OTE £28k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded Independent Estate Agents based in the Chipping Norton area.
- Initially on a Maternity cover contract, there is a possibility that the role may becomemore permanent.

A comprehensive knowledge of the lettings industry is essential, and you will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive ina faced paced pressurised environment.

Lettings Valuation and listing experience would also be highly beneficial.

**Skills: The skills required for thisSenior Lettings Negotiatorrole will include**:

- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the local Chipping Norton area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
