**About the Job**

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a _talented and creative_ Early Years Practitioner required to start work in one of our nurseries located in the Lichfield area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children.

**Job Details**:
This Early Years Practitioner role is flexible from Monday to Friday_, _starting as soon as possible. We require a passionate and energetic Early Years Practitioner that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humor and the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

**To be successful in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will**:

- Will hold a minimum of a level 3 in Education, Childcare, Early Years or Teaching and Learning qualification.
- Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course,
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with children.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

**Essential Requirements**:
As a minimum, all applicants must have:

- A minimum of level 3 in Education, Childcare, Early Years or Teaching and Learning qualification.

- A positive approach to child development, managing behavior and being passionate about your area of expertise which is evident in your teaching.
