**About the role**:
- As an R & D Category Associate at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.- Working within our Category Pain team - Nurofen - you’ll help drive technical product development on key projects. Ultimately, you’ll help us create new products. Products that solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally.**Your responsibilities**:
- Working a 50/50 split between lab and office with experts from different teams, you’ll analyse, interpret and evaluate test results and consider their implications.
- You will act as the analytical lead on your project(s)
- Day to day coordination/execution of analytical testing (in particular HPLC and dissolution) in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contributing to the NPD process from product development through to launch
- Communicate effectively with your line manager and manage stakeholder relationships across global R & D sites
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Degree qualified in a scientific discipline
- Creative and tenacious problem solver.
- Experience of working in an analytical laboratory environment before
- Familiar with the varying methods and techniques used
- Experience in NPD
- Good theoretical knowledge,
- Experience of HPLC
- A great communicator who is confident in taking the lead on small projects.
