Prioritising and scheduling work for a team of engineers, managing client callouts on a Rota basis and processing engineer holiday forms to ensure optimum engineer availability.
- Processing of engineering/subcontractor paperwork and completing KPI spreadsheets
- Raising purchase orders for materials and subcontractor works, providing quotations following on from engineering visits and processing supplier/subcontractor invoices on our internal systems
- Running and processing reports, providing reports, analysing data and reporting findings and solutions to challenges to the Management Team
- Updating and producing the Monthly report to present on a monthly basis to the senior management team
- To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
**This opportunity would suit individuals that**:
- Have previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced and high pressure environment with experience working as a Service Desk / Helpdesk Administrator/Co-Ordinator
- Have appropriate level of data protection, security awareness and confidentiality awareness
- Be highly organised, methodical, have attention to detail and be efficient, with excellent IT skills, particularly around using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have a high level of written communication skills and numeracy
- Have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to pick up new systems easily, adapt to the environment and work well as part of a team and individually
- Have the ability to be able to use own initiative, whilst being results and Customer service focused
- Be flexible and open to change
- Consistently display positive, professional and approachable behaviours - displaying the company behaviours
**Benefits of working with JD Services**:
- Competitive salary of between £23,000 - £27,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Working hours of 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday
