**Main Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellence in customer service, with a strong, proactive, solution-finding attitude.
- Interact with the development teams to escalate and resolve issues as necessary.
- Remain hands-on in the support role whilst taking the lead in the oversight of customer contracts.
- Work with a remote/distributed support team and ensure that the team is supported through any challenges that may be presented.
- Plan building and maintenance for "Other Rated Services" including database maintenance.
- Monitor the Vodafone contract with Utelize for Data Optimisation.
- Pre, post & during bill run audits including signing off each bill run.
- Monthly reporting to Management.
- SMS notification audits and monthly files.
- Assist in the implementation of directed projects, schedules, and deadline compliance for internal and external activities.
- Assist with appropriate workflow and management practices to ensure overall business success.
- Foster complaint management in a timely manner, ensuring all identified issues are addressed.
- Work with the team to manage complex billing solutions across provider's / product sets.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Maintaining Purchase and Sales Product Codes & SKUs.
- Prepare cost analyses and maintain/decreasing costs.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

**Key Skills/Experience**
- Previous working experience in a Telecommunications service Provider or Telecommunications Carrier is essential.
- Previous working experience with Telco billing systems and a good understanding of billing processes.
- Experience in a multi-function role, overseeing administration, sales, purchasing and customer service.
- Sound working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- A proven problem solver who can work independently.

**Additional Information**
- This is a full time, permanent position and the hours of work are Monday - Friday, 07.30am - 4.30pm with hybrid working available.
- In addition to the basic salary, there is either a company car or car allowance available.
