Legal Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the legal team's calendar
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, including drafting correspondence and managing files
- Maintaining the front desk area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Performing other duties as assigned by the legal team or management
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a legal setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
