Consortio Security are looking to recruit an Area Relief Officer to join an experienced team at iQSA Dorchester House, Bournemouth.

All site training will take place prior to you starting with us.
Previous student accommodation experience would be beneficial but not essential as long as you have a ‘’can do attitude ’’ and a ‘’ will to succeed ’’ you will be successful in the recruitment process and the subsequent role.
**MAIN DUTIES**:
Main Duties to include: Controlling Access and Egress to site, booking staff and visitors in, patrolling the site internally and externally, parcel management, immediate first aid management prior to the emergency services attending the site, fire evacuation and testing procedures, coordinating safe movement of staff and visitors whilst they are on site and incident management.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Purpose of the role: To provide an efficient and professional security service to Consortio Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service.
**DUTIES**:
Control access and egress, utilising the equipment and systems provided
Ensure clients’ staff, property and other assets are secure
Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally
Accurately operate designated alarm systems
Monitor CCTV footage for protection of property and assets
Complete the daily log, noting all appropriate activity
Produce accurate reports as and when needed
Conduct sufficient internal and external patrols to ensure security of all zones
Ensure all procedures, site / assignment instructions and protocols are followed, at all times; being particularly diligent when in an emergency situation
Maintain tidy and clean work areas.
Dealing with post and parcels and then signing them out to residents.
Ensuring personal boundaries are adhered to, at all times.
Ensuring fire watch and fire evacuations procedures are followed.
Be an effective ambassador for Consortio, always smart and diligent.
Previous Student Accommodation in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
