**Internal Sales Executive**

**Kettering**

**Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs**

**Salary £25k plus uncapped bonus, regular incentives, 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays**

Our client is a fast growing supplier of products for the UK commercial construction sector. They are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong sales and project management skills to join them as an Internal Sales Executive.

**Duties**:

- Negotiate and close sales by following up all quotations with key decision makers such as building contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, local authorities and end users, in a timely manner.
- Grow your sales area by proactively targeting market sectors.
- Develop new and repeat business opportunities by efficient management of leads generated from marketing activity.
- Proactively schedule specification appointments with architects and local authorities to showcase the company's brands.
- Offer technical support throughout a project to best assist customers in determining the right specifications and products to use on their projects.
- Be the voice of the company, show a general interest in their products, act professionally at all times to both internal and external customer's.

What are we looking for?...
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with existing and new clients.
- Ability to work in a structured way, independently and as a team member to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Possess previous internal sales or business development experience, or have excellent customer service skills and be looking to transition to a sales role.
