Heads Up Somerset is a mental health charity supporting clients with their mental wellbeing and those suffering with dementia. We are a small, friendly team who put the people we support at the heart of everything we do.

We are delighted that due to growth within our charity, we are currently recruiting for several positions.

**Role of Business Support Assistant**:

- To provide comprehensive and effective business support to the Charity; and support the Senior Management Team (SMT) on related projects; including the development and review of appropriate literature, reports, surveys, leaflets, and promotional materials.
- Support the SMT to ensure the smooth running of the office, by providing organised and effective office processes and procedures.
- Lead on organisational GDPR requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring all Heads Up policies and procedures are updated accordingly in response to legislative changes & SMT reviews.
- Support the Operations Manager with HR related administration.

**16 hours per week; days/times to be agreed.**

**Competitive Salary - NJC scale 5 Pt 12-17 / 28 days holiday pro-rata / Company Pension**

**Closing Date: Wednesday 14th June**

**Interview Dates: Monday 26th June**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £12.56 per hour
