**Data Administrator**

Rhyl, North Wales (Hybrid: 3 days pw in office)

£23,892.64 to £27,445.14

Permanent position

An experienced Data Administrator is currently required by a recognised and well-respected organisation in Rhyl, delivering a range of services to help people enter, sustain and progress in employment.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- To provide checked and cleansed data, information, reporting and analysis for internal and external performance management requirements
- To seek continuous improvements, quality control functions, compliance and system development that supports and drives effective service delivery
- To develop, manage and oversee CRM systems for the collection, recording & monitoring of data, associated within the delivery of the organisation’s services and activities
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure contractual compliance
- Support the Administration Manager with data controller duties and responsibilities Assisting with staff training
- Dealing with internal and external data requests

**Experience required for the role includes**:

- Excellent IT skills and the ability to confidently use and utilise Microsoft Excel package
- Proven track record of developing, customising, implementing and maintaining data management systems and CRM’s
- A robust knowledge and understanding of how data can be used to support, enhance, scrutinise and continuously develop services that meet business needs
- Ability to critically analyse data to drive change and improve performance
- Ability to work accurately with outstanding attention to detail and to meet specified deadlines
- A robust knowledge of management information systems
- Ability to deal with sensitive documentation in a professional and confidential manner Ability to work well as part of a team and to work using own initiative
- Creative, flexible and adaptable in approach
- Willingness to engage in opportunities for continuous professional development

**Additional Information**:

- A DBS enhanced disclosure & 2 References will be required as part of the interview process.
- Interviews will be scheduled for the week commencing the 8th July 2024.
- Applicants will also complete a competency-based interview and a practical activity to assess their Microsoft Excel skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,892.64-£27,445.14 per year
