Our client is a leading IT services and solutions provider who specialise in all aspects of IT Infrastructure including on-premise and in the cloud. They deliver excellent solutions to their customers whilst providing the highest level of service. As technologycontinues to quickly develop, they fulfil the vital role of understanding how these benefit their clients, exploiting new opportunities and increase efficiency.

Due to growth, they are looking for an IT Support Engineer to be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for incident resolution within the areas of your expertise. This is a greatopportunity to relish in providing excellent customer service experience within an SLA guided environment.

**Key Responsibilities: IT Support**
- Providing professional and efficient technical support
- Providing onsite support services as part of the customer location team rota
- Incident ownership, with technical diagnosis and fixing of issues either remotely or on-site
- Proactively managing backup schedules and targeted reaction to monitoring platforms
- Troubleshooting infrastructure systems to determine satisfactory incident resolution
- Strive to exceed in the delivery of operational KPI’s and customer SLA’s.

**Experience Required: IT Support**
- Experience of 2nd or 3rd Line Support, IT Support, Technical Support, Help Desk Support or similar experience
- O365 user management and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Security and Firewalls
- Working experience of Active Directory (AD) and user account management
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Anti-virus & Web/Mail filtering principles
- Driving licence to commute to client site when needed
