**TIG Fabricator**

Our client a leading Fabrication company who due to continued success our seeking to add experienced Fabricators to join their team.

**Core Responsibilities of role**:

- To operate TIG welding equipment
- Cutting metal structures
- Responsible for highlighting any faults or damage to the machine and its tooling
- Clean tools, equipment and work areas
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous proven experience in TIG welding
- Working knowledge and experience in correct measurement and marking of length, squareness, alignment, and flange bolt orientation
- Able to accurately use all assoc. measurement tooling including measuring tape, square, pocket level, pipe level, centre finder, wrap around and flange pins
- Able to read pipe work drawings and plan fit up stages to maximise accuracy of fitment
- Working knowledge of pipework tolerances and foresight of where to make adjustments if necessary
