**eCommerce Support Executive**

**Location: Berkshire working a mix of office (2 days per week) and remotely**

Our client is looking for an eCommerce Support Executive to join their team in the UK. You will be responsible for the operational support tasks which underpin their software to ensure their client accounts work in a manner which meets their objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the maintenance tasks associated with account excellence.
- Arrange resources for scheduling to support maintenance tasks.
- Highlight and help to resolve deviations from scope related to maintenance tasks.
- Liaising with leads from other departments to ensure maintenance queries are resolved.
- Assist with maintenance status tracking and reporting.
- Action small change requests on the system - training will be given.
- Produce timing plans in conjunction with scheduling managers and other key stakeholders.
- Validate accuracy of customer accounts and ensure existing quality checks are followed.
- Recommend and introduce process improvements.

**Ideal Profile**:
- Some experience in a technical support role.
- Self-motivated, accountable and committed with good decision-making skills.
- Strong customer orientation, ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience supporting and implementing technology solutions a strong plus.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel, V Look ups etc.
- Prior experience in a software company or eCommerce is ideal
