Job Introduction
**People & Culture Graduate Trainee**

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our People and Culture team on a 2-year Fixed Term contract. The role will provide the individual with the opportunity to gain experience within the People Partnering function with a specific focus on the provision of support and advice on the interpretation and implementation of the County Council’s People policies as well as guidance in relation to matters including grievances, discipline, performance management, absence management and structural change.

You should be educated to Degree level or working towards a professional Human Resources Diploma qualification/full CIPD membership. If you do not already have a level 7 qualification in Human Resource Management, you will be fully supported to work towards achievement of the qualification during your employment with us.

**We are offering**:

- A starting salary of £26,421 per annum (rising to £28,770)
