Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to engage and thrive in all aspects of their educational lives?
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly professional member of staff who will work with a cohort of students, their families and other agencies.
The role, essentially, is to actively support and promote wellbeing, remove barriers to learning, raise aspirations and inspire students to strive for lifelong success. We are looking for someone who has an understanding and experience of working within a Restorative ethos.
As part of the Engagement Team, you will work alongside a highly motivated and enthusiastic staff team, to ensure the highest standards of behaviour, attendance and engagement in learning, and to celebrate and share the successes of the unique young people in our learning community.
