**Youth Worker**

**Full-time, Term-time only**

**36 hours per week**

**Starting salary - £27,698.40 with progression up to £29,223.79 per annum (£31,922.00 to £33,680.00 per annum, pro rata for term-time only)**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Youth Worker. You must be able to work as an effective student liaison officer, being able to identify and challenge misconduct and use a range of interventions and mediation strategies whenever necessary. This position extends further in supporting the Welfare and Guidance Team and other key members of staff with planning, organisation and delivery of programmes of leisure, cultural social, health, awareness and safety activities for students that address a wide range of needs.

The College combines great facilities with quality teaching and high standards, including a multi-million pound building, providing state of the art technology enabled learning resource centre, drama studio and café.
