**Responsible for**:The Customer Support Supervisor is required to manage the day-to-day duties of the department to ensure a smooth running operation. They will be a first point of contact for the team and a point of escalation for both customers and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the planning of the day/week for all members of Customer Support to cover all current tasks.
- Build and maintain good knowledge of the service and understanding of how we work with the wider business.
- Work with the other Operations department Managers to ensure a great customer experience and collaborative working environment.
- Be knowledgeable on department stats via weekly reporting including CSAT and SLA’s.
- Conduct regular stand-up meetings to share new information, overall performance and celebrate team success.
- Complete monthly 121’s/check ins providing stats and performance targets for all team members to work towards
- Assistance with recruitment, new starters, training plans and training.
- Identify necessary improvements needed for the operation and work with the continuous improvement team to drive change and efficiencies.
- Manage the Quality Control for the dept in line with our standards and company values.
- Attend meetings to represent Customer Support where required.
- Point of escalation for both internal
**Experience & Knowledge**:
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
- Ability to lead and direct a team of Customer Support Executives
- Build good relationships
- Be an ambassador for the department and company values
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to manage a vast workload
- Good people management and time management skills
- Be able to communicate well both verbally and in written format
- Have a “think outside the box” approach to resolving issues
- Understanding of what great customer service looks like
- Be computer literate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
