**IT Infrastructure Manager**

Location - London, Southwark Bridge (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite pw)

£45,000 - £60,000 pa

Benefits package includes the usual + life insurance, gym and pool in the office, and discounted rates for staff.

The Role:
Hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager based in London office supporting Infrastructure across physical Data Centres in the UK and servers in AWS, Azure and GCP with the assistance of managed services from vendors.

You will be working with teams of internal developers and managed service companies to ensure that Infrastructure is running at optimal levels and operational stability is maintained.
- Troubleshooting and reviewing / improving our environment
- Patching and maintaining systems
- Automating IT operational processes and monitoring tools
- Maintaining and updating technical documentations regularly
- Vendor Management reviewing SLA and vendor performance
- Proposing new solutions and delivering new business solutions through onsite and cloud platforms

Required skills & experience:

- Proven experience in an Infrastructure Lead / Manager role
- Good technical knowledge in:

- Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Veeam, VMWare
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- Strong knowledge of Operational considerations in maintaining servers, backups, patching, monitoring
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, LAN and WAN troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SQL server backups, restores
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Veeam, VMWare
- Knowledge of AWS and GCP
- Personal accountability and drive for excellence.
- Ability to work comfortably in a busy environment
