**Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)**
**Location**:Mablethorpe**
**Position**: Full-time
**Salary**: Up to £15 per hour
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team in **Mablethorpe**, on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care in a clinical setting.
- Perform Electrocardiograms (ECGs) and ensure accurate recording of results.
- Monitor and record 24-hour Blood Pressure (BP) readings as directed by medical staff.
- Conduct Phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Provide basic patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Assist with the maintenance of patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in performing ECGs, 24-hour BP monitoring, and Phlebotomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
