The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
Leader of MAI incubation team, manage ~10 people, in charge of incubation OKR of merchant # with sales, merchant activeness (weekly go-live, weekly video post), graduate merchant #.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for thousands of partner growth from scratch in TikTok Shop, aiming to increase activeness, sales and retention.
- Figure out partners' pain points and life-cycle growth strategy in a data-driven approach, identify opportunities to increase the business for partners through scalable solutions.
- Work with the Product team and other cross-functions to optimize product uploading service, content production and user experience with robust product features and smooth experience in TikTok Commerce.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, strong experience in mass account management or mass incubation, experience of managing hundreds of partners is required.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required.
- Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of the European commerce landscape, user demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus.
