- £60,000 - £65,000***We are looking for a sparky, dynamic and experienced EA to join one of the fastest growing financial services group in the UK as EA to the CEO.

This role’s primary aim is to provide extensive and efficient 1:1 support to the CEO as well as acting as the key point of contact to the board of directors and senior management team. This role is incredibly fast paced and unsurprisingly, you can expect lots of last minute changes to the daily schedule depending on shifting priorities.

**Duties include by are not limited **to**:

- To support the Group CEO and be involved in their business activities, including work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
- To manage and control the CEO’s diary and to resolve any scheduling issues, including ensuring sufficient time to complete the CEO’s priorities and optimise the CEO’s time spent in the office. Quickly adapt the calendar according to priorities and business needs.
- To arrange travel and accommodation for business trips
- To organise off-site company meetings where required - sourcing venues, controlling and monitoring the contracts and budgets.
- To provide quality and timely EA support including co-ordinating and preparation of agendas, reports, presentations and minutes as required
- Processing of expenses claims, ensuring these adhere to Company policy
- Provide the wider team support on various administration and operational tasks as required
- To act as the conduit for communication between the CEO’s department and the wider internal teams and external client base, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management
- To maintain own competence and personal development
- Diary management and coordination of board meetings and relevant documentation (6 board members)
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Running company events
- Ad-hoc support to the senior leadership team and executive directors
- Extensive experince supporting a CEO in a financial services firm
- Longevity across your CV
- Unflappable and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work at pace and deal with last minute changes
- Happy to come into the office 4 times per week
- Excellent IT skills - including advanced word, intermediate excel and advance PowerPoint
