This dynamic tech entrepreneur is looking for a fantastic EA to manage his business life and coordinate his complex diary/travel whilst his EA is on maternity leave. You will love this role and as EA will be in charge of coordinating his extensive meetings across the UK/Europe and USA. You will need to be an experienced EA who has worked as part of a smaller firm (non corporate) for the senior team previously.  The role is predominantlyEA to support the CEO but you need to be happy to provide ad hoc support to the wider executive team (3). There are 50 in the London office but the business continues to grow and you will be the senior EA in the business (but not an ivory tower EA as it is a very non hierarchical business). The CEO travels regularly so you will need to be resourceful and have bags of initiative to take on projects and manage the board meetings, high profile client events and team events that happen four times a year. This is a real one off role where you will become an integral part of the senior team, fully involved in the business and also attend senior meetings with the team.

This is a fantastic role for a high energy, switched on and experienced EA with at least 5 years experience working in a senior capacity but best suited to someone with small company mentality due to the wide ranging responsibilities in the role and the more boutique environment. It is a really fun team, fast paced, buzzy and sociable. As it is a flat structure you will get involved in minimal office management duties (stunning offices) and also help with venue sourcing for their key events. It will suit someone with excellent attention to detail, a diary 'Ninja' and someone who can preempt changes, has bags of initiative and loves a meaty role working for a leading tech entrepreneur.

Duties :

Diary management - multiple timezones
Some support to the wider Executive team
Travel organising - global
Project management - researching venues for events UK and globally
Preparing presentations for CEO key client meetings
Liaison with global offices
12 months - to start ideally 1st June (or around this date)
