Aon Commercial Risk Solutions is currently recruiting a Client Manager to join our Professional Services Group team in London.
This is a hybrid working role with flexibility to work both virtually and from Aon’s London office.

**What the day will look like**
As a Client Manager your key responsibilities will include leading the day-to-day management and renewal of an account portfolio (made up of mid-to large sized law firms, accountants and consultants) whilst supporting the Client Directors in the managementof our client relationships.
Your day-to-day focus will include:

- Building strong multi-layer relationships with clients, to understand and solve the challenges they face
- Providing support to a Client Director in the management of larger accounts and being responsible for the management of the team’s smaller sized accounts.
- Building and maintaining a good understanding of each client’s business including financial performance, objectives, market perception, products and services, management structure and key personnel.
- Supporting any new business activity
- Ensuring payments are made by clients within agreed timescales and supporting the credit control process
- Developing and supporting less experienced team members through coaching and mentoring
- Responsibility for adherence to business processes, systems and procedures and Aon insurer security policies where relevant.
- Promoting an inclusive culture across Aon
