**Insurance Client Manager - Global Risk**
**Are you ready for a new challenge?**
As a Client Manager within Global your key responsibilities will include being responsible for the day-to-day management and renewal of a large and complex multi-national account portfolio, whilst supporting the Client Directors in the strategic and financialmanagement of our global client relationships.
**Key Elements of Role**:

- Provide support to a Client Director in the handling of larger accounts and be responsible for leading the team’s smaller sized accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and a good understanding of each client’s business including financial performance, objectives, market perception, products and services, management structure and key personnel
- Ensure payment is made by clients within agreed timescales and support the credit control process
- Develop and support less experienced team members through coaching and mentoring
- Responsible for adherence to business processes, systems and procedures and Aon insurer security policies where relevant.

**About you**:Your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
- Commercial knowledge of business and understanding of professional indemnity insurance. Experience of D&O and cyber insurance would also be a distinct advantage.
- Good negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, focussed and self-disciplined
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
