**What the day will look like**:
Working within a highly welcoming and collaborative team of like-minded claims professionals you'll handle a wide and varied portfolio of international Liability claims. Once up and running your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the claims negotiation process with clients, underwriters and or their appointed legal representatives and or loss adjusters
- Strategy / process of notification, coverage determination, agreement and collection of claims
- Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment.
- Engage, monitor and manage third party providers appointed by clients, underwriters or Aon (e.g. loss adjusters, lawyers, surveyors, engineers etc).

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Claims handling experience gained from a Broking, Company, Syndicate or TPA background.
- Experience in using core London Market claims systems and understanding of claims processes
- Problem solver with proven ability to negotiate and ability to engage in coverage disputes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as an individual and as part of a team

Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, business stakeholders and external bodies.
