Reed is currently seeking highly qualified and dedicated secondary school supply teachers to join our team. As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for providing short-term coverage for absent classroom teachers and ensuring that students receive ahigh-quality education.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in education and have qualified teaching status
- Have the right to work in the UK and a DBS certificate on the update service
- Have strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
- Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred, but not required

As a supply teacher at Reed, you will be expected to:

- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
- Follow the existing lesson plans and curriculum of the absent teacher
- Engage and motivate students to participate in class
- Manage classroom behaviour and discipline in accordance with school policies
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
