Accounts/office Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies
- Manage customer purchase orders, sale invoices and supplier invoices within company
accounts system - currently Xero
- Manage Health and Safety compliance - health and safety inductions, coordination of first
aid facilities and training, quarterly workplace inspections and staff health surveillance
- Facility management - coordination of cleaning, internal maintenance and external
contractors
- Coordinate external contracts such as electricity, telephone systems, mobiles,
photocopiers and IT provider
- Manage compliance to fire regulations - coordination of fire marshal training, fire drills
and ensure maintenance of fire alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting
- Management of supplier database and customer surveys
- Manage holiday and boardroom calendars and requests
- Track stocks of office, kitchen and bathroom supplies - place orders as and when
required
- Assist with travel related organisation
- Front of house duties to include meet and greet of visitors and where applicable arrange
refreshments
- Ad hoc duties

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Accounting knowledge or AAT 1/2
- MUST have attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Needs to be adaptable, conscientious, enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and demand

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
