Our European Business Operations Team is an integrated team comprised of four core functions, Customer Experience, Planning, Process Excellence and Logistics, the vision for our team is to create a competitive advantage for INVISTA while providing a superior buying experience to our preferred partners. We are hiring for a Logistics Specialist to join our team, whose core responsibilities will be owning logistics functions throughout our Core Businesses as a European Logistics Representative. **What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Be responsible for overseeing logistics activities throughout Europe.
- Support the development and optimization of global supply chains, by proactively sharing your knowledge of transportation compliance, and warehouse management.
- Be accountable for managing transactions of the inventory at a selection of our warehouses in order to meet our customer requirements.
- Identify and capture profitable opportunities that create marginal value for INVISTA & it’s counterparts.
- Drive profitable decision making on internal and external process optimization, counterparty unmet needs, vendor selection, means of transport and others.
- Transform how work is accomplished, through innovation & transformation.

- Strong economic & critical thinking skills & financial acumen.
- Good communication and ability to articulate ideas and point of view to a wider group of stakeholders.
- An aptitude for technology / Artificial Intelligence / prescriptive analytics.
- Proactive with a contribution mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree and / or exposure to Supply Chain / International Logistics / International Trade Compliance.
- Ability to travel when required.

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- Additional language skills
- SAP experience
