The People Administrator will ensure the smooth running of all people administration, processes and systems support. You will be able to continuously improve our internal operations and service delivery to our customers, our employees, for a seamless, efficient and awesome people experience

**What you'll be doing**

**People Systems, Data & Reporting**:

- Ensure all people systems and data is maintained diligently andaccurately
- Be the super user for all HR systems, ensuring they are meeting business requirements
- Main point of contact for all systems-related needs for employee onboarding, offboarding and job changes to ensure integrity of data and HR system related integrations
- Support the PX Business Partner in ensuring HR systems are supporting a great experience at all points of the employee lifecycle
- Maintain data integrity of the HRIS
- Provide relevant reporting to the business as required

**People Processes and Customer Support**:

- Continuously improve people processes and service delivery to our employees for a seamless and efficient people experience for employees and people leaders
- Bring fresh ideas and insights to inform how people processes need to improve, challenging the status quo to create an optimal people experience
- Provide accurate advice regarding Optima’s policies, people processes and systems with escalation to relevant SME when required
- Accurate production of relevant employee documentation such as Letters of Offer, Change of Employment letters and offboarding documentation
- The first line contact for people queries, supporting employees with their queries

**Payroll & Performance**:

- Be the main point of contact between Payroll and PX team regarding day to day payroll matters
- Support the administration of the annual performance cycle including the remuneration review process
- Ad hoc projects supporting the PX team as required

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- Experience as a HR Administrator so familiar with UK policies and HR processes and providing advise to employees and leaders
- Maintaining HR systems highly desirable / or similar, especially experience with a HRIS
- Administration of people processes / or similar
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
- Exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and comfortable using excel
- Analytical and a team player
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
