As a Kitchen Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

**The Role**
- To clear and clean the dining room
- To assist with setting out of food for service in accordance with the menus
- To prepare the kitchen equipment for service
- To prepare food for service in accordance with the menus
- To set up the dining room and arrange the dining room furniture
- To serve the meals
- To wash up and clean all the light and heavy equipment
- To clean fixtures and fittings including the kitchen floor
- To comply with legislation relating to H&S and hygiene
- To report any problems/defects with equipment to the Line Manager
- To maintain a high standard of customer care

**About You**
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
- Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene
- You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
- Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one
- A determined team player who works well with others
