**Purpose of the Role**

The main purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day operations of the property, and be the main point of contact with the tenants, visitors and contractors onsite. This includes overseeing the security team and assisting in all aspects of the fire preventions and H&S procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting guests
- Responsible for dealing with incoming deliveries and direct it to host.
- Liase with tenants on a regular basis.
- To be responsible for the security, safety and welfare of a building’s, occupiers and visitors.
- To protect the assets in the building by maintaining a vigilant, pro-active security presence to
- minimise security risks to people and property.
- Daily walk arounds of the building to pick up and H&S issues and report on Elogbooks. Logging on the Savills daily occurrence report.
- Liaising with future tenants with any queries, resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Report & liaise with the Facilities Manager, to ensure effective communication of all matters
- pertaining to the management of a professional service.
- Develop a strong client and tenant’s rapport, being available to listen, to assist and to support
- wherever possible and to react appropriately and promptly to staff concerns.
- To ensure that the required service is being delivered to plan each day.
- To operate consistently within Company policy and provide excellent customer service.
- To ensure that the key administrative functions are undertaken accurate.
- Ensure that Savills Dashboard & Datastation is up to date and completed at all times.
- Create and maintain an effective working relationship with existing suppliers manage the contractors on day to day basis and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.
- Ensure and implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times.
- Ensure appropriate clear communication lines are established and maintained.
- Assist with site audits, H&S, Fire Risk and Water Risk Assessments.

- Have a clear understanding and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate methodical and organised ways of working
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Flexible with attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills
- Ensuring Customer needs are met at all times
- Ability to be pro-active and work on own initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Competent IT skills
- Able to accurately record data
- Timekeeping and attendance must be of a very high standard

**Working Hours**

8am - 5pm

**Salary**

£28,000 - £30,000
