Kiwi Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with our new client located in a picturesque location within the South Downs who have a great opportunity to join as Chef de Partie.

Our client are a leading food destination within Sussex and are looking for a CDP to assist the Head Chef to develop beautiful food offerings using local, organic ingredients.

In this role you will work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to help develop menus, as well as stock ordering and rotation.

42 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)

**Duties to include**:

- To show a willingness to learn new products and strive to increase food knowledge.
- Have a good understanding of the menus, including daily specials and ability to identify and prepare the relevant ingredients.
- Follow recipes and create dishes that are inviting, appealing, and exciting for all guests, which reflect the vision of the business.
- Be passionate about food and build enthusiasm among other team members for the great products they serve.
- A proven track record as a Chef de Partie.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of consistent food delivery of great food.
- Enthusiastic with a 'can-do’ attitude.
- A passion for delivering stunning food and exceptional service every day.
- Holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum including Bank Holidays.
