Nestled in the green hills of the South Downs you will find The Angel Inn, located in the charming market town of Petworth.

We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to work alongside our fantastic team within The Angel Inn and E Street Bar and Grill, to assist and develop fantastic food offerings with local & ethical provenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To show a willing to learn new products and strive to increase food knowledge.
  • Have a good understanding of the menus, including daily specials and ability to identify and prepare the relevant ingredients.
  • Follow recipes and create dishes that are inviting, appealing and exciting for all guests, which reflect the vision of the business.
  • Be passionate about food and build enthusiasm among other team members for the great products they serve.

Candidates will preferably have a proven track record as a Chef de Partie and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of consistent delivery of great food.

Employment: Permanent role; Full-time

Hours: Hours will be variable based on a weekly rota, including weekends
