We are currently seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a front-facing role, you will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the shop.

Provide prompt and courteous service by taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Knowledgeably answer customer inquiries regarding our menu, ingredients, and product offerings.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter.

Assist in restocking inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Listen to and address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to guarantee a hygienic and safe working environment for staff and customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Passionate about providing outstanding service and creating a memorable experience for customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends, and holidays, as per the shop's operational hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-49 per week

**Salary**: £6.50-£11.00 per hour
