Office Angels are very proud to be working with a well-established business based in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone is looking to be fully trained and learn on the job. Previous experience is not required for this position just somebodywho is tech and systems savvy

The role is focused on managing customer enquiries and the needs of the customer service representatives within the busy service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

- To assist with the day-to-day co-ordination of reactive and scheduled maintenance work
- Accessing and updating online customer portals
- Process and verify completed paperwork for internal and external personnel
- Answer phone calls professionally, take messages for the appropriate person
- Working on customer web-based reporting systems for uploading documents
- Help with parts deliveries
