We are looking for a proven Reception Supervisor to join our hotel. You will need to possess exceptional people management skills as well as be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed. Working closely with the reception management team, you will support motivating the team through a positive and engaging culture to deliver exceptional service.
It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of receptionists who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- You will have a proven track record as a Reception Supervisor within a hotel environment
- Can inspire and motivate a team.
- Highly motivated and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experienced user of Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office preferred
- A positive and engaging demeanor with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
**Hotel**
The Holiday Inn Cambridge is ideally set by a lake in Impington offering peaceful stays in rolling countryside just 2 miles from central Cambridge colleges, shops museums and theatres. The hotel offers 100 bedrooms and a selection of dining facilities including Junction Restaurant and Bar and lobby lounge.
The hotel also has an Academy conference centre which has 10 meeting rooms and an extensive health & fitness club. This peaceful hotel is truly a home away from home.
