Payroll Administrator

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer for our client based in Smethwick, on a permanent basis.
As a Payroll Officer, you will need:
- Excellent Verbal, written & Interpersonal Skills.
- 2+ years payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of PAYE and SAGE 500.
- Experience processing statutory payments.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Takes pride in delivering a high quality of customer service.
- Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish work in order of priority.
- Ability to use PC & Software packages.
Duties of a Payroll Officer:
- Assisting organising the daily diary.
- Taking calls and dealing with customers.
- Collect information and perform data entry.
- Filing all company documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Sorting and distributing company mail.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
Details of Payroll Officer:
- Collating and assisting with payroll processing.
- Responsible for checking and delivering accurate payroll data.
- Manual calculations.
- Work alongside the payroll manager.
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexible work available.
- 20 hours per week.
- Hourly rate £11.54.
