**Payroll Administrator & Credit Controller**

A full time position has arisen to help support the HR & finance function for a North-West manufacturing group.

As part of a busy & bubbly office team of 9 staff, applicants must have a confident, enthusiastic, can do attitude. Previous experience of payroll is required.

**This role will have responsibility for the end to end processing of the Group’s 3 weekly and 3 monthly payrolls using Kelio Time & Attendance software and Sage 50 Payroll. It will also provide HR administrative support to the group. An additional responsibility will be the credit control for 2 sales ledgers.**

**Other Tasks**
- Recording of employee holidays & other absences
- Ensuring correct completion of new starter paperwork
- Administration of auto enrolment pension scheme
- Dealing with HMRC submissions
- Posting of journals into nominal ledger
- Completion of payroll data analysis using Excel
- Processing of employee cash & credit card expense claims
- Employee benefit management - eg Private medical insurance & company cars
- Set up & ongoing management of electronic HR document filing system

**Key Skills you will need**
- High Level of attention to detail
- Proven experience of being able to work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive team player
- Strong IT skills
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Experience of Sage 50 Payroll is an advantage
- Salary Range 23K - 27K depending on skills & experience_
- Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - will consider reduced hours contract_
- Flexible working hours, 2pm finish on a Friday_
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, company funded private medical insurance, death in service_
