**Peabody**has 2 exciting opportunities for a **Caretaker**on a **full time, permanent** basis based in **Walthamstow**.** **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **circa £25,100 per annum.**

**Walthamstow -** Full UK manual driver’s licence - Essential

**Kings Cross - **Driver's licence - Not essential

**About the Caretaker role**:
As a **Caretaker, **you'll provide and be responsible for maintaining the internal and external areas of Peabody estates and providing a clean and safe environment for the residents, their guests, employees and other visitors.

**Weekly Hours**:8.00AM - 4.30PM
- Do you have experience in caretaking services?- Do you have knowledge of Health and Safety (COSHH)?- Do you have experience in customer service?- Do you have knowledge of IT systems?

**What you can expect to be doing as our Caretaker**:

- To handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Peabody Behaviours- To be responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property- Deliver Trust letters, circulars etc as appropriate to resident’s properties- Report any estate defects, fly-tipping or anti-social behaviour to the appropriate authorities- Check communal lighting/timers and reports blown bulbs as necessary, (including office light bulbs) and emergency testing done monthly
