An innovative global leader in Construction Technology Software is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join its expanding team. You will receive an excellent basic salary, uncapped commission, incentives, and flexible & hybrid working two days a weekin the newly refurbished office.

**Salary**: £30,000 OTE £55k

As a sales executive, you will be a driving force in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fun and fast paced sales environment, selling a cloud based digital solution to the construction sector to help improve efficiencies, automate processes and reduceoperating costs. Your duties will include -- Identify, engage, and interact with prospects to understand their business opportunities.
- Carry out strategic prospecting and develop an in-depth knowledge of the target market and their pain points
- Follow up on all incoming sales leads, engage with buyers, build rapport and strong business relationships
- Carry out on-line sales demonstrations, showcasing services and value they can add, as well as identifying and qualifying opportunities for cross selling and upselling
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth and accurately maintain and update records
- Provide pipeline and sales reports

The successful Inside Sales Executive will have the following skills/experience:

- Previous business to business sales experience coupled with a proven track record of success
- Articulate, professional with excellent communication skills, telephone manner and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Confident in delivering a strong needs analysis and closing skills
- Tenacious, highly energized, passionate and committed and determined to succeed
