Niche Recruitment are working in partnership with an exciting business who are passionate about working to improve education.To equip individuals to help develop their skills, professional knowledge, and competence.
Consequently, the company are looking to recruit a Product Manager to take ownership and responsibility for achieving sustained growth of Learning and Development Products and Professional Certifications. This is a home based role on a 12 month Fixed TermContract and paying c£32,500 plus benefits
**As a Product Manager, your responsibilities include**:
- Create and manage a long-term product plan, ensuring growth, reach, revenue and profit goals are reached.
- Conduct reviews into the viability of existing products. Ensuring that growth opportunities are capitalised on.
- Producing a monthly report of product performance, analysing the revenue and cost of the your products.
- Create and implement plans for development of new and/or existing products. Working closely with other departments to ensure successful launches to market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong product management background, ideally from an awarding body or training provider to help shape the development of this product rangewith a particular focus on digital learning and developingcertifications that utilise the latest digital assets.
**Skills/Experience required to be a successful Product Manager**:
- Have experience of working in learning and development or building career pathways (would be advantageous)
- Be able to use your extensive product management skills to continuously improve our product offering
- Play an active part in a highly collaborative team
- Have great internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Be at ease making product management decisions and leading wider teams in go-to-market plans
- Proactively seek, create and present business case ideas for new products
- Ensure alignment to the wider product vision and roadmap.
