Our manufacturing logistics and supply team makes sure that customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. You’ll help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what’s possible and taking action.

What You Will Achieve

Identifying, developing and delivering system upgrades, enhancements and integrations to improve the flow of data and use of technology through GMM helping deliver efficiency improvements for colleagues working in GMM.

The role will also identify, develop and deliver key business and technical data visualisations and reports from enterprise database systems. Acting as the Sandwich GMM representative for key systems on global governance teams.

Assessing and implementing digital enhancements within GMM working with Pfizer Digital, enhancements such as digitisation, automation, robotics and integration with systems to increase compliance, safety and delivery speed.

The role holder will be able to expand and develop technical and project management skills further and input into cross-functional or cross site activities. Developing of communication, negotiating and influencing skills to operate in a multidisciplinary environment

How You Will Achieve It

Having an in depth understanding of the workflows associated with Materials Management

Configuring enterprise software to enable digitalisation of workflows, ensuring data integrity and efficient working practises are maintained and enhanced

Identifying and delivering system integration projects to promote data automation and workflow efficiency

Establishing common data standards to allow and promote data sharing

Creation and generation of reports and data visualisations for a variety of customer groups and partner lines

Highlight KPIs that allow data driven decision making that enhances our business

Contributing to the completion of difficult and complex projects within GMM and with partner lines including systems, programming, robotics and automation.

This position resides within WRD’s Pharm Sci organization at the Sandwich Site and will report to the Sandwich GMM Site Lead.

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have

Education - Degree and/or 5+ years equivalent experience required

1-3 years experience working within the Pharma Industry, regulated work environment,

Knowledge of industry practice for cGMP required

Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Possesses strong workload planning skills and organization

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team building skills

Strong digital Skills such as programming, working with computers, databases, software, data tools, Automation and robotics

Nice-to-Have

Ability to build, understand and improve complex processes

Experience of working on large scale software deployment

Experience of project management

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics, Python, Java, POMSNet Aquila, Oracle and SQL databases, manufacturing, planning and scheduling systems

CI and project management experience
