**PAYMENTS SPECIALIST**

Travelfusion is the world's largest travel content Aggregator for 360+ Low Cost Airlines, Full Service Carriers, Hotels and Rail. We are a dynamic and profitable tech company, rapidly growing with an unparalleled global customer base and have offices in London, Shanghai and Thessaloniki.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Payments Specialist who can demonstrate strong technical and analytical aptitude to work within our bespoke payment and settlement solution - tfPay.

tfPay (Travelfusion Payment Solution) is an innovative and proprietary payment system responsible for managing millions of pounds of transactions on behalf of our client base. Utilising sophisticated real-time reporting and reconciliation, our payment system leverages agency customers (from all over the world) to transact and settle in their local currencies while settling the payments in the airline’s local currency.

Reporting to the tfPay Finance Manager you will thrive working to deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Credit control, managing customers accounts, payment allocation and carrying out audit checks to ensure everything is applied correctly
- Maintenance of partner accounts ensuring balances are replenished when required
- Carrying out reconciliation of the transactions, by cross checking the internal records against the airline and supplier accounts
- Ability to provide high level analysis of data when required to senior management
- Some experience of Merchant transactions and fraud review
- Managing supplier commissions and ensuring that they are recorded correctly and payment is collected in a timely manner
- Managing auxiliary tasks related to prepay billing reports and also assisting with ad-hoc bookkeeping activities
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software
- Preparing ad hoc analysis for review

**Qualifications & Experience**
- AAT accounting qualification (or equivalent) with 3 years relevant experience within finance, travel or payments
- Understanding of FX and Card Payments desirable
- Advanced MS Excel skills **vlookup and pivot tables skills essential**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Diligent, trustworthy and thorough
- Ability to meet deadlines and strong customer focus
- Superior organisational and prioritisation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
