A brand new and very exciting role has become available for a Credit Controller/AR Assistant (B2C) to work for a global Technology start up business based in the heart of London on a initial 6 month contract You'll be working as part of our Finance team reporting into our Accounts Receivable Manager.
What you’ll be doing-:
- Assisting with allocation of finance invoices to payment.
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly wholesale revenue billing, including timely ledger posting of revenue journals and allocation of invoices to payment.
- Liaise with the wholesale team to ensure timely receipt of remittances.
- Assisting with allocation of walk-ins invoices to payment.
Experience & Systems needed-:
- Broad knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts receivable process (B2C) and its effect on other areas of the business.
- Experience using NetSuite is seen as an advantage, however this is not essential as training will be given where needed.
