Family Time Worker

**The role**
We are looking for Family Time Workers to join our Family Time Team across Sefton. You will be used to working at pace and ensuring child focused practice. You will have a positive outlook and a solution focused approach to demand and be a team player. We have a supportive culture and excellent relationships with our multi-agency partners which will enhance your experience with us. This is an exciting time to come and work in Sefton; there is a real buzz in Children’s Services and Family Time.
**What we require from you**:
- 3 years or more experience of working with children and families.
- NVQ III or equivalent in Early Years Care and Education or other relevant level 3 qualification
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to liaise with a range of professionals and agencies to support children and families.
- Experience of monitoring, record keeping and report writing.
- Ability to work with families in conflict and the importance of remaining impartial, objective and focused on the needs of the child at all times
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of safe working practices, risk assessment and risk management A commitment to working transparently; in partnership with children, families, and partner agencies
- Ability to understand and demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity
- Ability to work as a team alongside other managers to achieve best outcomes
- Commitment to your own personal development and professional growth
