Payroll Administrator

Our exclusive client, an award-winning national organisation, baed in Blackburn, requires an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of employee payroll on a monthly basis.
**Responsibilities**
- Setting up new starters, processing leavers.
- Timesheet collation and management.
- Calculation of hours, overtime, and pay adjustments.
- Querying discrepancies in hours with site managers.
- Processing payroll on a monthly basis.
- Calculation of statutory payments and deductions.
- Liaising with HMRC.
- Pensions administration.
- Resolving payroll queries.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years' payroll experience.
- Start to finish monthly processing knowledge.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Strong systems experience.
- Excel - VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables.
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
